Covered Items:

• Filament: 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects and material inconsistencies.
• 3D Printing Parts: 3-month warranty covering non-consumable components such as stepper motors, fans, and control boards.
• 3D Printers: 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Non-Covered Items:

Consumable spare parts are not covered under warranty due to their nature and expected wear during regular use. These include:

• PTFE tubes
• Nozzles
• Hotends
• Extruders
• Wiring looms

Important Notes:

• Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period from the date of purchase.
• Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, improper installation, or external factors.
• For 3D printers, warranty service is provided by the manufacturer. Please refer to the manufacturer’s support channels for assistance.
• Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, improper installation, tampering, neglect, or use outside specified operating conditions.
• Any shipping costs for warranty returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
