Return Policy

1.Overview

At 3D Radical Prints, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality 3D printing filament. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning products purchased from our website. 

2.Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: 

2.1. The product must be in its original, unopened packaging. 

2.2. The product must be in unused and resalable condition. 

2.3. The request for a return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. 

2.4. Change of Mind is accepted but we will only offer exchanges. No refunds for Change of Mind. 

3.Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 

3.1. Contact our customer support team at info@3dradicalprints.com.au to request a return authorization. You will need to provide the following information: 

Your order number 

The product(s) you wish to return 

The reason for the return 

3.2. If your return request is approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with further instructions for returning the product. 

4.Shipping the Return

4.1. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. 

4.2. The return address will be provided when you receive your RMA number. 

5.Refund

5.1. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method. 

5.2. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be processed. 

6.Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable: 

6.1. Opened or used products. 

6.2. Products that are not in their original, unopened packaging. 

7.Return Shipping Costs

7.1. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. 

8.Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery. We will provide instructions on how to return the product, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Warranty Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products and transparent service. Please review the warranty terms below:

Covered Items:

  • Filament: 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects and material inconsistencies.
  • 3D Printing Parts: 3-month warranty covering non-consumable components such as stepper motors, fans, and control boards.
  • 3D Printers: 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
 

Non-Covered Items:

Consumable spare parts are not covered under warranty due to their nature and expected wear during regular use. These include:

  • PTFE tubes
  • Nozzles
  • Hotends
  • Extruders
  • Wiring looms
 

Important Notes:

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, improper installation, or external factors.
  • For 3D printers, warranty service is provided by the manufacturer. Please refer to the manufacturer’s support channels for assistance.
